Dazzle Bus by Stephen McKay.
"On the 100th anniversary of World War One, this design has taken inspiration from the Dazzle camouflage which was invented by artists for protecting ships from attack. Unlike other forms of camouflage, Dazzle works not by offering concealment but by making it difficult to estimate a target's range, speed and heading. Over 2,000 'Dazzle Ships' were painted and no two designs were the same. Picasso later claimed Cubists had invented Dazzle techniques; this is disputed but Dazzle Ships still inspire artists today."
